5-year-old Cley Single Malt Whisky, matured for 3.5 years in bourbon casks before a secondary ageing of 1.5 years in a Madeira wine octave. Fresh notes of mandarin and pear mingle with raisin bread, honey and white chocolate, leading to a warm finish of hazelnut, marzipan, and sage.
